Justyne Eades

Advisor for Aboriginal Engagement and Collaboration

Justyne Eades is a Menang/Koreng woman from the Noongar nation. Her family are from the Great Southern Region of Western Australia. Justyne is a proud mother of three beautiful children and is also a foster carer.

Having recently graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws, Justyne has spent most of her career working within court and tribunal services, through various roles at the Aboriginal Legal Service of WA and the Department of Justice WA. Following a short period working with the Commissioner for Children and Young People, she is now employed at the Office of the Ombudsman WA as the inaugural Senior Advisor Aboriginal Engagement and Collaboration.

Outside of working, Justyne loves women’s AFL – most weekends you can find her enjoying a social game of football in the Perth Football League.
