Isabella is a youth advocate and leader in environmental sustainability. She is passionate about empowering and enabling young people to make a difference through putting their ideas into action.
Since a young age Isabella has been involved in not-for-profit youth led organisation, Millennium Kids. Age 10, she designed a rubbish bin to encourage more effective waste recycling, which won Millennium Kids a $10,000 grant.
Isabella has implemented and run numerous programs focused on sustainable onsumption and development. As the Youth Board President of Millennium Kids, Isabella is leading a team of youth leaders in creating a framework which trains young people to run facilitated conversations (called Deliberations) in their communities. These events educate communities about climate challenges, facilitate critical thinking, and create projects which align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Isabella is studying Commerce, majoring in Finance, at university and is looking forward to further developing her personal and professional interests to make a positive impact on our world.
Isabella enjoys surfing, spending time in the ocean, cooking and hanging out with friends and family.
